When Are Refunds Possible?
We do our best to provide a smooth and enjoyable IPTV experience, but we understand that issues can occasionally occur. If you’re facing a technical problem that makes the service completely unusable—and our team cannot resolve it within 48 hours—we will gladly issue a refund.
To qualify for a refund:
- You must report the issue within 72 hours of purchase.
- You must allow our support team to try to fix the issue first.
- Refunds are only offered when the issue clearly comes from our side and cannot be resolved.
How to Request a Refund

- Include your order ID and a clear explanation of the issue you’re experiencing.
- Be prepared to provide screenshots, videos, or logs if needed. We will also provide proof of our troubleshooting efforts for transparency.
Refund Timeframes
- Refunds processed to credit/debit cards may take 20 to 31 business days, depending on your bank.
- In rare cases, it could take up to 90 days based on the payment processor’s policies.
- We have no control over this timeframe once the refund is initiated.
If your refund is approved:
- Full refunds are granted if the request is made within 72 hours of purchase and the subscription has not been used extensively.
- Partial refunds may apply for cases where part of the service has been consumed.
No Refunds Will Be Issued If:
- You are unhappy with the channel selection or performance. Please try our free trial before purchasing a long-term plan.
- You cannot set up the IPTV on your own device or app. Our team offers full support, but we are not responsible for device limitations or misconfigurations.
- Certain channels freeze or buffer temporarily. Occasional interruptions may happen due to your internet connection, third-party app issues, or temporary channel downtimes.
- You change your mind after activating the subscription or wish to switch services.
Downtime Compensation
If your service is down for more than 48 consecutive hours due to issues on our end, we will either:
- Fully refund your subscription, or
- Extend your subscription to cover the lost time—plus offer an extra bonus period as a courtesy.
